RAIGN's top 100 EP features the title track 'When It's All Over' as heard on CW networks hit show, The Vampire Diaries and b-side 'Shine' as heard on The Arrangement. Shot in the Palmdale desert north of Los Angeles, the album art features RAIGN riding a horse in the sunset, which then inspired the concept for her stunning music video for WIAO, in which she explores the themes of personal manifestation, alternate dimensions, and a question about where exactly heaven is, if it is not right here in our hearts.
