If you liked The Matrix, you might entertain the idea that we are all living in a giant dream. Reality is a concept designed by the eye of the beholder. Your personal reality is a perception of this concept. And the cumulative effect of all of our versions of reality is our entire existence.
If you believe in God, you'll believe that our world is His dream. He thought it, and so it exists. And He put a tiny part of Himself inside all of us. Every denomination has a different name for it but the overall result is that we all have a part to play in the evolution of life.
REALITY IS A CUMULATIVE DREAM THAT WE ALL SUSTAIN AND CREATE SIMULTANEOUSLY.
If you like science, you probably believe humans evolved over time from single-cell organisms, which were a product of elements created from a chain reaction that started with the Big Bang: A massive spark of energy that came from two tiny hydrogen particles colliding in a void.
Physicists are still trying to explain where these H particles came from or where the void is and quantify anti-matter, which seems like the invisible "container" for all matter. This elusive matter has been called The God Particle - which is ironic really.
Either way, this is the explosive start of all existence. Something magnanimous came from nothing.
IT STARTED WITH A TINY SPARK AND TURNED INTO AN ENTIRE UNIVERSE
This illuminating beginning is repeated over and over again inside all of us. When atoms and molecules combine in chemical reactions, there is often an expulsion of energy. When a sperm fertilizes an egg, scientists have actually observed sparks of light.
So just like the universe, we also begin with two microparticles colliding, a spark of light and then become all that we are - complex organisms with feelings and thoughts, purposes, and dreams.
Isn't that remarkable? What power we all have no matter what we believe. Following any of the above constructs, we could easily believe that a tiny idea, dream, or burst of energy (inside of us) can become something massive - it can become real.
WE ARE AS POWERFUL AS THE STARS IN THE SKY.
If you have a personal dream, goal or desire, all you have to do is HAVE it, and it can become real. It's less about making your dreams come true and more about watching them make YOU come true.
YOU ARE YOUR DREAM.
When you think like this, it can be a little overwhelming. First, you realize that you can make your life anything you want it to be. Then a whole bunch of fear, rules, and denials sneak in, deprogramming our power and shackling us into conformity. We can fast become a pawn in someone else's dream or reality.
Not only that, but we have a human urge to help it along: we want to "make" our dreams come true or reach our goals faster - an impatience that stems from a fear that something is in the way or trying to stop us. This is just because our logical minds cannot quantify the anti-matter or the void that exists around the light we are making. But this void is not there to snuff out your dreams; the vacuous darkness does not harm the stars in the sky! It is there to contain them - in a good way.
THE VOID IS NOT THERE TO SCARE YOU AWAY; IT IS THERE TO GUIDE YOU FROM THE HEART OF IT ALL.
The truth is, the only thing you have to do is keep envisioning the reality you desire and remember that it takes time and for creations to be realized.
Personal creations, like all realities, still require building blocks, evolutions, chain reactions, energy, faith and a magical blend of chaos and order, but they can and will grow into the vision you had when you felt that tiny spark pang inside you.
Follow the tiny sparks around you today and every day, the SIGNS from above that you are on the right path. Watch the evolution of your creations and feed them with only love. Watch all your dreams come true because, my young Neo,
