At RAIGN Boutique we truly value your custom. All of our products are custom-made when you order them (we do not have warehouses storing ready-made items) and therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time, except for in extenuating circumstances.
All items are final sale. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size adjustments so please make sure you read all the size information carefully before ordering. IN MOST CASES A UNISEX MEDIUM IS MORE LIKE A MENS SMALL.
This does not remove your statutory rights of being able to exchange something faulty or damaged.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to us within 2 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Please contact us via the Contact RAIGN Page to organize the return of your damaged goods and we will be happy to help you per the factory returns policy for that garment or product.

Customs / Import taxes
Please be aware that any import taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of YOU the BUYER. Our suppliers and shipping services will make every effort to avoid this situation, all necessary paperwork is completed by carriers to avoid customs issues, but if your parcel is held by customs, YOU the BUYER will be contacted by your local customs office and asked to pay the duty or return the goods to sender. WE the SELLER accept no responsibility or liability for these charges. Thank you for understanding.
