Rachel Rabin also known by her stage name RAIGN, is an English singer-songwriter and record producer. Her songs have been featured on the soundtracks of TV series, movies, and trailers including The Vampire Diaries, The 100, Legacies and official trailers for Younger and the video Game Snow Runner. Early in her career, she co-wrote several singles for albums by Rita Ora, Ty Dolla $ign, Jesse McCartney and Tulisa and was featured as a vocalist on the track "Fix Me" by Swanky Tunes. Released on Dim Mak Records. The song spent two months at No. 1 on the Russian airplay chart.
Starting off as a gigging musician and session singer in London, Rachel felt a strong calling to try and get her original music heard by more people around the world, so she set off on an ambitious journey across the world to Los Angeles, where she began her journey to become RAIGN.
As one of the first indie artists to utilize the newly established digital distributors to release her own music, which were largely tech companies at the time, Rachel found herself needing to set up her own record label and run herself like a START-UP. It was this entrepreneurial mentality that helped her find her fans around the world and get over 100 million streams as an artist without the help of a major record label. Meanwhile, being signed to Sony Music Publishig, she still writes regulary with major label artists and keeps a foot in the door in the inner workings of the record industry.
Rachel has a big passion for helping other artists find their own unique road and find their fans and wants to help more indie artists smash the glass cieling with their amazing music. She ecourages people to believe that there is nothing indie artists cannot do now, as long as certain things fall into palce and enjoys coaching her clients on the pllars of successful music.
